Year Round Schools

Just recently the government was trying to impose year round schools. This means that  there would not be our usual 3 month summer break, but instead there will be shorter breaks throughout the year. Senior Bailey Patterson said, “I think this idea is a bad one because we would be tired of school and would end up doing worse as far as test scores. I think that the teachers may get tired as well.”  Senior Olivia Forrester had a different view,”I have taken college classes year round so it doesn’t make much difference to me.”
