As Ambassadors continue their work on their Diversity project, only one thing stands in the way: the Ambassadors conference is scheduled for the same day as Brashier Middle College’s prom. Because Brashier‘s prom is only a junior/senior prom it only affects a few who may care about the prom issue, some of the students feel bad that the Seniors may have to miss their last prom.
“I feel really bad for the seniors who want to go to their prom and the conference,” says Sophomore Austin Watters
Although the conflict of the conference and the prom is unfortunate, the Ambassadors are still work towards going to LA.
A few of the Ambassadors are seniors and have to choose between going to the their last conference of the Ambassadors or going to their last high school prom. There is no way for the ambassadors to change the date of the conference because it is a nation wide conference and the date was set before the prom date was set.
“The day of the convention was changed when prom had already set the day,” says Ambassador Leader David Kessinger
