“HARD WORK PAYS OFF”,  is a commonly heard saying by the Brashier Bengals! Spirit week was January 19-22 at Brashier Middle College. The students at Brashier had high expectations for Spirit Week this year. “Activities that were come up with by students instead of teachers” is what sophomore Jamie Berggrun said he was looking forward to.

This year Spirit Weeks creativity and imagination was designed by students. This was the first year students were able to enjoy Spirit Week in their brand new building. For some students, however, it has their last. “It means everything to me because this is my last year at Brashier and I want it to be a good one.” says senior Jaque Mosely.

Spirit Week was more then just free dress days. it was a chance for Brashier Bengals to show their true spirit and take pride in their school. This yeah the days of Spirit Week were extremely fun. Tuesday was Decade Day, Wednesday was Wacky Tacky Day, Thursday was Pajama Day, and Friday was Bengal Pride Day. A pep rally ended a wonderful Spirit Week at the end of Friday.
