Homework is piling up at Brashier this year. It seems like every time students finish something, there is always more work. “It’s like a cycle,” said Sophmore Aleena Blasch, ” It never stops.”
Most kids barely have any free time to do what they want. Kids on the sports teams have trouble doing their homework. “I wish I had the time, but sometimes I don’t. I just end up doing homework late at night, or before I go to school,” said Sophmore Cross Country Runner Aleena Blasch. “With sports and homework there is barely any time for myself, but somehow, I always finish my school stuff.
The homework this year seemed to have gotten harder. Alot of tests and quizzes are all on the same days. “The homework has gotten harder because we are older, we have harder classes, and we can take on more responsibilities,” stated Sophmore Avery Raines.
However, students can always do little things to get their work done.
-
Turn off everything when doing homework
-
Find a nice quiet place to study
-
Take small breaks between work
-
Make time to eat and do other things
-
Do homework on the way to sports games and on the way back
-
Turn phones off when doing homework
If you can think of any more tips, feel free to comment
