From the start of Brashier Middle College Charter High School, there has been a special teacher who has made a difference. For her, becoming a teacher has been a great job, since she enjoys teaching kids. “Ms. Abercrombie has a tremendous passion for working with all of her students. Her patience provides the support many need in becoming successful writers,” said Mike Sinclair, BMC Principal. When becoming part of BMC, Rosemary Abercrombie wanted to be able to change kids’ lives. “I wanted to feel like I had a job where I was making a difference in someone’s life,” said Abercrombie. Her hard work and dedication is obvious. Junior Brittney Lamont says, “She was always very supportive of my goals, and I’ll always appreciate and remember it.” “I love the way she interacts with the students and when she makes funny weird noises in class. She makes it hard for us to go to sleep, and [I like] the way Ms. A cheers you up when you come through the door,” mentioned Leah Posley with excitement. Abercrombie’s abilities are seen in her teaching skills. “I like that she can be funny and relaxed and also be a great teacher,” said Jake Bailey.
