Winnical Robinson joined the Brashier Middle College staff at the beginning of 2007 as a Business Finance and Keyboarding Teacher. Since the time that she came, Mrs. Robinson has brought a new twist to the business classes. In the recent months, the Entrepreneurship class has developed an after-school store. “Mrs. Robinson brings a dependable professionalism to the business classroom,” says Mike Sinclair, BMC Principal. “She is interested in building new programs such as the entrepreneurship class’ after-school store, and cook-off. It takes a lot of patience and planning to coordinate new events like these.”
Mrs. Robinson relates to her students in a personal way. “Mrs. Robinson tries to find things that are beneficial and relevant to student’s lives outside of school,” said Mrs. Cruell, World History teacher at BMC. She also uses hand-on activities on a consistent basis in her classes. “I really like her class because we do a bunch of presentations,” says Sean Hackle, a sophomore at BMC.
“Mrs. Robinson is the best teacher in the world because I can tell that she really cares about me,” says Jacob Bailey a Junior at BMC.
