When Students walk in the doors of Brashier the first person they will usually see is Kathy Forbes’ smiling face. Forbes works in the front office and helps students daily with a variety of needs. From late and early dismissal slips to any event going on at school Forbes seems to know all the answers. She is someone the school can count on. Director of Administration, Sandy Brigmon said, “Her strength is that she goes with the flow and does what needs to be done. She is very dependable.” She is always willing to help students with their problems and to go the extra mile.  Lisa Belt works alongside Forbes all day.  Belt stated, “I love her sense of humor, and she has a really big heart.” Forbes works with parents, students, and newcomers throughout the day.  Principal Mike Sinclair said, “Mrs. Forbes has a tough role in the school in facing nearly all of our incoming communications. Her organizational skills, great knowledge of Brashier, and professional approach are vital in setting the open and supportive environment we strive for.” Forbes not only makes a good impression on other faculty members, she is also loved by students. It seems she knows all and keeps the school running. Junior Ray Adcock stated, “Mrs. Forbes is the all important sticky glue-like substance that holds this school together.”
